Baystate Health, home of the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Baystate Health’s department of Heart and Vascular in our division of Cardiology in western, MA.
POSITION FEATURES:
PROFESSIONAL SATISFACTION.Evaluation and management of the inpatient cardiovascular patient across the spectrum of settings in the hospital. Responsibilities will include cross covering the Cardiology service that includes patients in the CCU. Performs inpatient cardiology consults and conducts follow-up visit. Offers educational development to staff, patients, and families.
WORK LIFE BALANCE. No call - 1/4 weekend rotation - Approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic and patient focused. Background in cardiology required.
