Advanced Practitioner – Pulmonary/Telemedicine

Baystate Health in conjunction with the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate is seeking an advanced practitioner to join our department of Pulmonary Medicine at Baystate Medical Center.

Position Highlights:

• Join a well-established outpatient practice of advanced practitioners, physicians and clinical staff to provide excellent care, particularly in the area of asthma and COPD.
• Great work life balance. 30/60 visits, no weekends, holidays or call.
• Telemedicine opportunity to provide optimal care to our chronic patient population.
• Academic and educational opportunities to precept students (np/pa, resident etc.) and independent and/or collaborative effort encompassing prospective or existing research projects appropriate to advanced practitioner roles and position description.

Qualifications:

• Experience in pulmonary medicine, particularly in the area of asthma and COPD although new graduates will be considered.
• Superb communication skills.
• A high level of emotional intelligence.
