Baystate Health, a Truven® Award–winning healthcare system and the home of the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate Health, is searching for a talented and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Baystate Wilbraham Adult Medicine in Wilbraham, MA.
This opportunity features:

2. Wilbraham Adult Medicine has been recognized by NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home. This practice enjoys a very strong reputation in our region based on the dedication of our team.
3. The practice is 100% outpatient and inpatient duties are covered by our 24/7 hospitalist team at Baystate Medical Center, our tertiary hospital and Level 1 trauma center.

Baystate Primary Care practices are located in Hamden, Hampshire and Franklin counties in the towns of West Springfield, Springfield, East Longmeadow, Belchertown, Wilbraham, Palmer, Monson, Ware, Northampton, Greenfield, Southwick, Feeding Hills and Westfield. We also have urgent care offices in Springfield, Greenfield and Belchertown. Most popular towns chosen as home by our providers include Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Amherst and Northampton. Living in the heart of New England, our providers enjoy living in mid-to-small communities with easy access to big cities such as Boston, Albany, Hartford and New York City.
