Baystate Health, home of the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate, is searching for a full time Advanced Practitioner to join Baystate Health’s growing Critical Care service in Western MA.
This opportunity features:
• Exciting Opportunity. Provide oversight for a growing team responsible for managing a diverse acute patient population in both our Medical and Surgical ICU’s. Participate in the development of service, policies, guidelines, clinical protocols, and onboarding/education/evaluation tools.

• Support & Collaboration. Enjoy excellent relationship between Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Nursing & support staff, and the ability to participate in mentoring and teaching students.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be AGACNP / ACNP or PA trained, and will ideally have prior leadership experience and a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience. Excellent organizational, communication and team skills are essential, with a strong commitment to quality, safety and patient-centered care.

Baystate Medical Center (BMC) is a 716-bed independent academic medical center. BMC is our community's major referral hospital, providing the highest level of care for conditions such as cancer, acute and chronic cardiovascular illness, nervous system illness, digestive illness, and other diseases that affect the major organ systems of the body. BMC is home to the state’s second-busiest emergency department and the region’s only Level 1 trauma center. Baystate Medical Center has 30+ residency and fellowship programs, as well as educational programs for medical students, nurses and advanced practitioners.
