Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’ premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.
Position Highlights –
• Join our Emergency Medicine APP Flex Team which provides coverage as needed at all 4 BH hospitals in Greenfield, Palmer, Westfield and Springfield. Provide primarily adulty care with occasional time in our pediatric ED.

• We seek flexible and collaborative providers to help us develop and continually improve on this new Flex Team model.
YOU BELONG AT BAYSTATE. At Baystate Health we know that treating one another with dignity and equity is what elevates respect for our patients and staff. We look to your insights in helping us increase diversity representation among leadership, providers, and all roles across our organization through changes in policies, procedures and practices in order to build equity across the organization.
Qualifications: Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Commitment to excellent communication, teamwork and patient-centered care is essential for success.
