In her current role, Pam provides a strategic approach to academic physician recruitment with an accompanying competitive spirit that thrives on successful hires for our diverse and collaborative academic institution. She currently serves as the Vice President of AIR (Academic In-house Recruiters) and serves as a member of the ASPR Benchmarking committee. Melissa has been in the physician and advanced practitioner recruitment field at Baystate Health since 2007. As the Lead Senior Recruiter in the department, Melissa works closely with leadership to advance the strategic recruitment goals of the system, provides support to team members, and manages searches and projects. Originally from western MA, Melissa is passionate about sharing her pride of the area and assisting candidates in their decision-making processes. Helping families settle in and achieve success professionally and personally is at the heart of her work.
Elizabeth Fox began her career as a physician and advanced practitioner recruiter at a critical access hospital in Northern, Vermont. She is enthusiastic about recruitment and partners with leadership and frontline staff to place candidates where they can create a positive impact to communities and provide the care needed to contribute to a healthier population. Elizabeth’s desire and ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment is the foundation she stands on to be a successful recruiter.
Lisa has been a Senior Recruiter in the Office of Physician and Advanced Practitioner Recruitment at Baystate Health since 2010. Prior to this role, Lisa was the team lead for advanced practice recruitment for Baystate Health beginning 2008. Since 2003, Lisa has been involved in recruiting for Baystate Health in various other professional verticles throughout the organization. Lisa is passionate about building teams and helping the departments, divisions and organization achieve the goals of excellent patient care.
Ariana Caradiaz is native of Springfield, MA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management in 2013 and her MBA in Healthcare Leadership in 2015. Ariana has been in the healthcare field since 2009 and has held various roles at Baystate Health. Her experiences include working as a front line staff member on the Cardiac Unit, Bed Management and Talent Acquisition. As a Physician and Advanced Practitioner Recruiter, Ariana partners with leadership and service line team members to achieve their strategic recruitment goals. She is passionate about the patient experience, diversity and assisting in finding incredible providers to improve the health of our patients and community.
Linda has been a member of the Baystate Physician & APP Recruitment team since 2013. She currently recruits for the neurosciences service line and for all locum tenens physicians and APPs throughout the Baystate system. Prior to recruiting at Baystate, Linda worked in the fields of marketing and human resources in the power and financial service sectors in the Pioneer Valley, and originally Boston and New York. Linda holds a BA in History/French from Middlebury College. She is passionate about bringing the best providers to the Valley, and making their entire Baystate experience a pleasure. She is so proud that Baystate has been named by Forbes as a Best-in-State Employer in 2019.
Paige is a driven and energetic recruitment professional. She began her career in provider recruitment at WVU Medicine, an academic medical center and West Virginia’s largest healthcare provider; with focus on surgical services, orthopaedics and pediatrics. She also spent time as a Provider Recruitment Coordinator at a community hospital in Northampton, MA giving her diverse experience in both academic and community practice environments. Paige focuses on forming strong relationships within the organization to achieve department recruitment goals. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her candidates and their families, and is excited about positively impacting patient care at Baystate Health!
