Advanced Practitioner Opportunity- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’ premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.
Position Highlights –
• Join our Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation which includes 6 physicians and 1 APP, as well as an outstanding team of support staff. This group provides inpatient care at Baystate Medical Center, as well as outpatient care at the Baystate Health & Wellness Center in Longmeadow MA, which is one of our state-of-the-art multi-disciplinary hubs with onsite x-ray and lab.
• Provide care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders including spinal cord injury, stroke, concussion, traumatic brain injury and sports injuries. As a part of our Department of Neurosciences, you will have access to a wide variety of neurology specialists for collaboration.

Qualifications: Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, ideally with experience or strong interest in PM&R or neurology. Strong commitment to collaboration, courage, quality, and lifelong learning is essential.
