Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, children’s hospital, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
• Join our Division of Adolescent Medicine which consists of an adolescent medicine physician, a strong multi-disciplinary team with therapists, dieticians, and excellent subspecialty support. This position is primarily outpatient with some inpatient consultations at Baystate Children’s Hospital, 2 miles away.
• Baystate Children’s Hospital is a 107-bed facility which provides complete critical care programs including the region’s only PICU and Level III NICU, as well as pediatric inpatient services and a designated pediatric ED. Baystate Children’s Specialty Center houses 15 pediatric specialty services under one roof with focus on care coordination, comfort, and convenience for children and families.
• Focus on eating disorders, reproductive health, mental health and primary care if desired/demand. Interest in program development would be very desirable.
• Serve as a clinical educator for our pediatric residents and medical students. Faculty appointment is at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate.
• Qualifications: ABP BE/BC Adolescent Medicine. This is a great opportunity for mentorship for junior faculty. There is also a pathway to a leadership role for those interested.
• Our compensation package consists of a base salary of between $190,100- $276,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications) and annual incentive bonus opportunities.
