Hospital Medicine Advanced Practitioner Opportunity:
Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.

Position Highlights –
• We are seeking experienced APPs to work at our large academic tertiary care hospital and our smaller community hospitals. Whether you enjoy a large academic environment or a smaller facility with top-notch specialty support, we can create a position that fits your clinical ideals.
• Responsibilities include rounding, admitting, cross-covering and strong multi-disciplinary collaboration. APPs work closely with our physician hospitalists and APP educators to provide evidence-based clinical care to a diverse patient population. Practice autonomously while benefitting from strong physician support.
• Dedicated APP leadership will support your ongoing professional development. Our competency-based orientation will equip you for a successful career in hospital medicine. Opportunity to develop as an educator working with APP students and new grads. Involvement in clinical research and QI opportunities is also available for those interested.
• 10 and 12 hour shifts. Full time hours, highly competitive salary, and benefits.
Qualifications: Board certified ACNPs, AGACNPs or PAs with at least 2 years of inpatient advanced practice experience.
