Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’ premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate, is seeking Family Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants to join our organization in western Massachusetts.
Supportive Work Environment:
Nurse triage during days, nights and first call after hours and on weekends. Scribes. 1:1 Medical Assistants. Direct access to a large multi-specialty group including Behavioral Health network integration. Lab and practice specialty scheduler onsite. State of the art EMR with technology support to optimize your non-clinical time. Physicians have been trained to partner and mentor APPs for optimal team-based patient care.
Work/Life Balance:
Our practices are located through western MA- choose the community site that works for you. Flexible work schedule to fit your needs- choose full time or part time. Full time 4 day work week available. Built-in administrative time and ramp-up time for new APPs. Very reasonable patient volume expectations.

Qualifications: Candidates must be BC/BE Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. Role modeling of exceptional clinical and communication skills in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment is expected.
