Join our dynamic team at Baystate Health, a leading not-for-profit healthcare system in western Massachusetts. We're looking for a dedicated Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with RNFA Certification to join our esteemed team at Baystate Medical Center, the hub of our academic medical center.

Position Highlights:

Collaborate with a seasoned team of 4 orthopedic trauma surgeons and 7 advanced practitioners.

Deliver comprehensive orthopedic trauma care in our cutting-edge Level 1 Trauma Center, spanning Trauma, Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care Units, and inpatient units. Act as a first assistant in the operating room.

Work flexible 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with robust mentorship and a thorough orientation program.

Qualifications:

Board-certified Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with RNFA Certification.

Ideal candidates will possess at least 1 year of experience in Orthopedics.
