Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals, and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatric physician to join our employed physician team at Mason Square Community Health Center.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
• Join a dedicated team of physicians and advanced practitioners providing outpatient innovative and compassionate, comprehensive, and community-based care to the inner-city community. NACQ patient-centered medical home.
• Care for a population with complex needs and health disparities with opportunities for community involvement.
• Our NACQ Patient Centered Medical Home offers on-site support from our multidisciplinary team of: Certified Nurse-midwives, Behavioral health, Opioid addiction treatment, HIV Specialist, Infectious disease, and pharmacy. Strong subspecialty support from specialists’ at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.
• Faculty appointment to UMass Chen School of Medicine. Precept the next generation of Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residents and medical students.
• Our positions offer a mix of primary care, urgent care and teaching opportunities.

Qualifications: Candidates must be BC/BE by the American Board of Internal Medicine-Pediatrics. Role modeling of exceptional clinical, teaching and communication skills in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment is expected.
