Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’ premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate, is seeking a seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife, Women’s Health or Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join our Wesson Women’s Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Position Highlights –
• Join our full-scope and patient centered outpatient Ob/Gyn practice located within Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. The team includes experienced CNMs, WHNPs, OBGYN residents, mental health professional, community outreach worker, nutritionist, and other excellent support staff in our hospital-based clinic.
• Practice in a collaborative care team model where our APPs, residents and attendings share a panel to provide excellent patient-centered care. We provide full scope Ob/Gyn services. Strong commitment to working with a diverse patient population, including a sizeable underprivileged, inner-city population is necessary.
• Support available for clinical and career development and advancement in women’s health. Rich academic environment with opportunity to grow and engage in NP/PA student education if interested.
• Experienced candidates will have the ability to practice autonomously, carrying your own panel of patients with attending support available.
• This position is full time, Monday-Friday, no call, no weekends. We value work/life balance and teamwork as we strive together to provide excellent evidence-based care to our community.
Qualifications: Board Eligible or Certified as a CNM, WHNP, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Strong commitment to collaboration, courage, quality and lifelong learning is essential for success.

Baystate Medical Center (BMC) is a 716-bed independent academic medical center.
