Baystate Health is searching for an outstanding Orthopedic Surgeon to join Valley Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine in Greenfield, MA.
Position Highlights:
•Join a team of experienced and well-established orthopedic surgeons who offer a contemporary, multidisciplinary approach to orthopedic services and sports medicine.
•Opportunity to provide a wide range of orthopedic services including complex sports procedures in our new state-of-the-art surgical center offering the latest technology and surgical equipment.
•Outpatient practice is located across the street from Baystate Franklin Medical Center, which has convenient access to local primary care, in-office imagining, physical therapy and specialists. Strong support from specialists at Baystate Medical Center/University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate and Baystate Children’s Medical Center.

Baystate Franklin Medical Center (BFMC), a 90-bed and 20 bassinet community hospital in Greenfield, MA, has been serving the health needs of area residents since 1895. Growing steadily, Baystate Franklin Medical Center has recently completed the expansion and renovation of its Emergency Department, Radiology, the Intensive Care Unit and medical-surgical areas, as well as new operating rooms.
BFMC also received “A” grades from Leapfrog Group on its Hospital Safety Score and earned a Get With The Guidelines®—Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.

Known for its charming, locally owned shops on Main Street and easy access to Interstate 91, Greenfield is a midsized city (population 17,400) with affordable historic houses and a booming arts community.
